What we collect

When you contact us we collect the name, email address and message you submit. When you place an order we additionally collect billing details and the target URL for the placement.

We record standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamp — retained for 30 days for security and diagnostics.

We do not collect special-category data, and we do not ask for anything we do not need to complete the work.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, fulfil placements, issue invoices, and keep the service secure. That is the whole list.

We do not build advertising profiles, we do not enrich your record from third-party data brokers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you once sent an enquiry.

Who we share it with

Publishers receive only what is needed to publish your article — the draft, the target URL and anchor text. They do not receive your billing details.

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, who receives the transaction details directly. We never store full card numbers.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Cookies

The site uses a single functional cookie to remember session state. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If we later add privacy-respecting analytics, it will be aggregate-only and disclosed here before it goes live.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence: 24 months. Order and invoice records: 7 years, as tax rules require. Server logs: 30 days.

Anything outside a legal retention requirement is deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can object to processing and ask us to restrict it.

Write to timeviewblog@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days, and there is no charge.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Payment data never touches our servers.

If a breach affects you, we will tell you directly rather than burying a notice on this page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and note what changed. We will not quietly broaden how your data is used.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or about data we hold on you: timeviewblog@gmail.com. For anything else, the contact page is the faster route.
